The Rotaract District Team Training Seminar (DTTS) ‘Arun Prater Tarun Dal’ 2023 was completed in a very joyful atmosphere.
The DTTS program was held on September 15 at the Virtual Fun Town located in Dhulipara, the town of Khadi and Rasmalai, Comilla.
Rotaract Club of Comilla Victoria served as the program chairman in the hospitality of Ro. Tajul Islam Bhuiya. After recitation from the Holy Quran, National Anthem and Rotaract Affirmation, the guests were welcomed with flowers in an introduction ceremony.
The microphone was handed over to DRR Shariful Islam Apu, the honoree of the current Rotary year. After that, the guests who arrived one by one gave greetings.
Honorable District Governor of Rotary International District 3282 Eng. Matiur Rahman. Also as special guests were District First Lady Samina Islam, PDG Dil Nashin Mohsen, DRCC Mohammad Shahjahan, CP Farooq Ahmed, and PDRR Brindu.
Rotarian Abdullah Baki was the Chief Advisor, Shah Zabedul Haque Sagar was the Chief Petron, Sultanul Arifin Tarzan was the Petron. PDRR Ilmul Haque Sajeeb spoke as the session speaker before the training.
DTTS is organized every year to train the District Officers who are appointed to various positions of the Rotary year to better understand their responsibilities. In this, keynote speakers train district officials.
Apart from this, Rotaract Club of Comilla Victoria as the first club in Comilla also held its club debut. Ro. Tanveer Mujahid Mishu is the current president of Rotary year Ro. Amirul Fahim gave Alif a collar and formally explained his responsibility.
Apart from Comilla, more than two hundred Rotaractors from Chittagong, Feni, Chandpur, Sylhet, Moulvibazar, Srimangal, Narsingdi participated in the ‘Arun Prater Tarun Dal’. In addition to the training of district officials, various sports competitions and interesting cultural programs and raffle draws were organized
